- How often do reminders go out?
- Reminders are sent weekly and contain all the information you need for the next week of plant care.
- How far in advance can I see?
- Reminders can be seen up to one month in advance for free users and more for paid users.
- How many plants can I track?
- Free plan users can track up to 10 plants. Paid plan members can track as many plants as they'd like.
- I see something that's buggy or information that's not quite right. What should I do?
- First of all, sorry! Second, contact us @ support@rootedreminders.com and we'll get it fixed!!
- Why did you start this site?
- We love gardening but often forgetful, easily distracted, and/or busy. So we land up spending too much time on planting seeds at the wrong time or too much money buying transplants at the garden center. This is our attempt to fix that for ourselves.
- Help. I don't see a plant I need to track.
